All bookings are first come first served.

Each mile traveled outside of our 20-mile radius will incur a small $1 travel charge per mile.

Deposit Process

PayPal is our preferred credit card processor and a PayPal account is NOT required to use our Online Payment Portal.

Upon putting in all your information, please choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option on the next screen to simply put in your credit card information and have the payment applied to your booking.

Deposit

A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to hold the date and time of your booking . We cannot guarantee your booking without the deposit.

You will be forwarded to a secure payment gateway. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment via their gateway.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Postponements: In the event that you need to postpone your party, you are allowed to postpone your booking , please alert us in adequate time. All deposit maybe applied to another date or different item at any time. If you have to cancel your party, you may do so, however; the $75 deposit is non-refundable.

NOTICE

ParkPlayParty is not responsible for any damage or accidents during your party. The party host will ensure to treat your home and guests with the up most respectable manner.

ParkPlayParty is not responsible for the health and safety of any children. A responsible parent or guardian must remain with the children at all times and shall be responsible for all health, safety and medical needs of any of the children in attendance.

ParkPlayParty will do everything we can to arrive to your party on time, however, because we can never predict the weather, traffic and/or we might be coming from another party, please allow up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time for your services. Don’t sweat, we will fulfill our full time arrangements. It is our policy to contact you and communicate our whereabouts and status of your booking.
